STUDIO INFO

Lesson Policies

  • Payments are due monthly via cash or check payable to TJ Breckbill on or before the first lesson of the month.
  • A $10 late fee applies if payment is over 10 days overdue unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Notify at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations via text or phone call. Reschedules are possible if space allows.
  • Missed lessons due to teacher cancellations will be credited toward future lessons.
  • Emergency or sickness cancellations can be rescheduled at the teacher’s discretion.
  • Students must bring necessary materials including books, assignments, and practice charts.
  • Late arrivals result in shortened lessons without extension.
  • Students age 8+ should practice the same length as their lesson five times a week (30-min lesson = 30-min practice/day).
  • Younger students should practice 15–20 minutes daily, focusing on quality over quantity.

As a pianist, guitarist, bassist, drummer, songwriter, and producer, he helps students connect technique with creativity. His goal is not only to teach notes and chords, but to help each student become a confident, expressive musician.
